Meet Your Embodied Wellness Retreat Facilitators

Kristin Martelli, LMT

Kristin is a licensed massage therapist and trauma informed somatic bodywork practitioner who has been in practice for over twenty years.

Through her training, guidance, and peer to peer support via the Science of Massage Institute over the past decade, Kristin has taken a deep-dive into how imbalances between the sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions of the autonomic nervous system can be an initial trigger of chronic visceral and somatic abnormalities, how to evaluate soft tissue for these abnormalities, then apply the right medical massage protocol to address each layer of tissue effectively for clinically stable results.

Kristin furthered her studies in Somatic Psychology for the Treatment of Trauma from a bodywork perspective from pioneers in the field which reinforced the methods she had been employing in her integrative massage therapy sessions. She is now passionate about teaching these nervous system regulation tools from a medical massage perspective in the community to empower people to have agency over their own healing journeys.

Kristin will lead a fun, informative, and empowering workshop that will start with a deep dive into the body and end with a playful exercise in synchrony and somatic attunement.

Trish Dickert-Nieves

Trish Dickert-Nieves is a holistic wellness guide and somatic practitioner passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and inner wisdom. Through breathwork, movement, and guided visualization, she creates sacred spaces for healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

Trish’s work invites you to pause, release what feels heavy, reclaim your wholeness, and gently return home to yourself with clarity, acceptance, and self-love. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is a journey back home to the Self. She believes intuition is the language of the true Self, a bridge between our ancestral past and future selves, offering messages, memories, and guidance to help us navigate our sacred experience.

Rose Nogan

Rose has owned and operated White Tail Sober Living, a women’s sober house in Dunmore, PA, for over six years and has worked in the recovery field for more than a decade. As a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and yoga instructor, Rose blends mindfulness, movement, and purpose-driven coaching to help women reclaim their power, prevent relapse, and rise into wholeness.

Passionate about seeing the true potential in every individual, Rose serves as a conduit for igniting inner wisdom and guiding women toward lasting transformation. She is especially dedicated to teaching beginners — particularly those new to recovery who may feel unsure or incapable — creating a supportive space where they can build confidence in their bodies and themselves.

With a lighthearted approach, Rose brings humor and mindfulness into her sessions, cultivating an atmosphere where individuals can unwind, feel supported, and fully embrace the present moment without judgment.

Stephanie Uhranowsky

The Feralist - This Wild Thing, Ltd.

Steph is a feralist and storyteller exploring the living world as a way of remembering what it means to truly belong. Her days are spent weaving wildness back into everyday life through curiosity, craft, and the practical skills we’ve forgotten along the way. Her path is simple and intentional: slow down, consume less, and connect more.

She invites others to return - to their senses, their creativity, and the living world around them - rediscovering the beauty of life beyond cars, cubicles, and concrete boxes. Steph believes in building community outside of modern norms, embracing older, wilder ways of living and relating, where life grows richer at the edges of domestication.

In Steph’s workshop, you’ll step into a deceptively simple forest game that changes the way you move through the woods. As the landscape becomes a playground for awareness, your senses sharpen, a little mischief sneaks in, and you may discover just how much the forest is paying attention, too.

Thea Cochrane

Thea Carissa is the owner and creator of Dare to Wonder, a heart-led space where healing unfolds through curiosity, play, joy, creativity, and genuine human connection.

With a background in Social Work & Human Services and Early Childhood Education, she weaves together formal training and lived experience—believing that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves, but about remembering the wonder that has always been within us! Her work is deeply rooted in community, supporting local businesses and advocating for suicide prevention, maternal mental health, and aims to protect and welcome all human beings, especially children!

Shaped by her own journey of breaking, resting, cocooning, and then rising… Thea holds a unique safe space with warmth, honesty, and the true authenticity of lived experience. She believes childlike wonder is a powerful path back to ourselves, helping others reconnect through imagination, reflection, and real genuine conversation. At this retreat, she will invite you to slow down, let go of all your expectations, and rediscover who you’ve always been… if only you dare to wonder with her!

‘it’s not always butterflies and rainbows, but sometimes it is!’ -thea
